Privacy and bill information

Electricity reference numbers are entered temporarily in your browser and sent directly to the official PITC portal when you submit a search. They are not sent to or stored on OnlineBills. Gas account details are entered on the provider’s website. Official portals have their own privacy practices. We do not request a customer name, address or CNIC.

The appliance calculator computes values in your browser and does not send those entries to our server. No analytics or advertising tracking has been added by the OnlineBills Portal plugin.

WordPress, hosting and other installed plugins may process technical information or use cookies. Hosting request logs may include an IP address, requested URL and browser information. This page will be updated when site integrations change.

Do not send private bills or account information through site feedback. Questions about this site can be submitted through the SLiMS.pk contact page.
